Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Most bikes ship 85% assembled in a secure box to protect the frame. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and instructions with every order.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day ride guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Mike's Bikes ships to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All new bikes come with a manufacturer's lifetime warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on components like derailleurs, brakes, and shifters against manufacturing defects.
